This peer support group is a long-term interpersonal process group. The goal is to provide space for female-identifying people to bring their struggles to the group and process their feelings with one another.

The intention of the group is to create a trusting and safe environment, where clients feel empowered and gain the confidence to tackle whatever they may face at any given moment in their lives with peer support.
